Alternative Cures for Pain in the Elbow Joints
Acupuncture has recently become a popular way to treat elbow joint pain. Its effectiveness remains a topic of debate, but some people swear that acupuncture works. If you want to explore this option, get an experienced acupuncturist. The effectiveness of a good acupuncturist may be up for debate in some areas, but a bad one surely can worsen the situation, and no one wants that to occur. Heat cream is another great way you can relieve elbow joint pain. You make a heat cream by putting cooking oil, oleo or natural beeswax on low heat. When the substance has melted completely, mix it with pureed chili peppers and ground cayenne pepper. Allow the mixture to thicken as it cools to room temperature. You can smear the remaining paste on the elbow joint for mild relief. But you must remember to be careful: test the cream on a tiny area of your skin to ensure you aren’t allergic to the pepper mixture. If you get a rash or if your skin becomes overly sensitive, wash the cream off and don’t use it again. Don't damage your skin to relieve the pain in your elbow joints.
